Heavy & light machining
Turning, milling, boring, drilling and slotting of components from a few kilograms to multi-tonne weldments, produced to client drawings.

H.D. Machino Fab Pvt. Ltd. is a custom mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing works — machining, fabrication, welding, assemblies, structural work, components and process machinery, produced to customer requirement inside one 18,500 sq ft covered bay.
H.D. Machino Fab Pvt. Ltd. is a custom mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing works at Palsai, Wada, in Palghar district. Machining, fabrication, welding, assemblies, structural work, components and process machinery are produced under one 18,500 sq ft covered roof, to the standard, detail design or drawing supplied by the customer.
The floor runs well-maintained machines from some of the best manufacturers in the world, operated by machinists and fitters who have worked the same steel, the same drawings and the same tolerances for over a decade.
To be the works that heavy and precision industry turns to when a component simply has to be right the first time.
Engineer, manufacture and deliver every component to the customer's drawing — on tolerance, on time, and with the whole process kept in-house and accountable.
Four core capabilities, run in sequence inside one workshop so a job never leaves the building between operations.
Turning, milling, boring, drilling and slotting of components from a few kilograms to multi-tonne weldments, produced to client drawings.
Base frames, beams, brackets, taper plates and pre-engineered fabrication buildings — fabricated, stress-relieved and machined in-house under one roof.
Built-up mechanical assemblies — hydraulic power pack units, process machinery and precision hydraulic items for offshore and heavy engineering.
Purpose-built tools, jigs and fixtures engineered for repeatability on the customer's own production line.
Base frames, side and top frames, motor mounting brackets and taper plates — fabricated, then machined on the same shop floor so the mounting faces are true to the weldment.

Structural and pressure-critical joints are welded by fitters who have worked the same drawings, the same steel and the same tolerances for over a decade. The weld is where a fabricated assembly either holds or fails — we treat it that way.
Well-maintained, precise machines selected from some of the best manufacturers in the world, operated by skilled machinists trained in current CNC and CAM programming.

A flanged shaft assembly, taken apart along its own axes. Shaft turned, housing line-bored after welding, flanges faced and drilled — then put back together on the same floor that made them.
M16 fasteners, torqued to the assembly spec.
Vertically bored, faced true to the shaft axis.
Line-bored after welding so the bore follows the weldment.
CNC-turned, ground journals, keyway slotted.
Drilled and tapped on the VMC in one setting.
Every component has a purpose. Every interface is engineered with intent.
One example from the floor — a machined shaft assembly, shown coming together.
Components produced in accordance with the standard and detail design or drawing provided by the client.
The goal is components that live up to today's high standards — verified through the process, not hoped for at the end of it.
Every component is produced to the standard, detail design or drawing supplied by the client — no interpretation, no deviation.
Engineers trained in current CAM programming translate geometry into verified toolpaths before a single cut is taken.
The team is trained in current quality-control technique; dimensions are verified through the process, not only at the end.
